Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be strictly in New condition. For hygiene and product integrity reasons, this means the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Cost & Restocking Fees: There is no cost for return shipping, and we charge absolutely no restocking fees.

Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and verify the returned item in new condition, your refund will be processed within 3 days.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return for a new/unopened product, or if you received a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item, please contact Pocket Ayurveda within 3 days of delivery with your order details. For defective items, please include clear photographs and an unboxing video.
