Return & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, Pocket Ayurveda products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, incorrect order placed by the customer, or product already opened/used.
Replacement may be considered only in the following cases:
1. Product received in damaged or leaked condition.
2. Wrong product delivered.
3. Missing product in the package.
To request replacement support, the customer must contact Pocket Ayurveda within 24 hours of delivery with order details, clear photographs, and an unboxing video. Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
Any approved replacement decision will be at the sole discretion of Pocket Ayurveda after verification.
This product is an Ayurvedic wellness preparation and should be used only under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic doctor.
