Shipping Policy
Pocket Ayurveda currently ships products within India.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation of payment and order details. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other logistical delays.
Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation or displayed at checkout/payment stage.
Customers are requested to provide complete and correct address, mobile number, and pincode. Pocket Ayurveda will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer.
For damaged, leaking, wrong, or missing product issues, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
